Mitchell (Wymlham), £B3 10s, goods sold and promissory notes due. ORDER. REFUSED. G. H. Shaw (Mr Allan) proceeded against J. Rorehitm on a judgment summons for the sum of £7 4s Id. Judgment debtor stated that bo bad earned nothing since February, and the Magistrate refused to make an order.
