DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. Tho only stock this morning was a parcel of Waihis at 225. The inquiry seemed firm, as a considerable parcel, although at. slightly less money, was asked for. Bank stocks all inquired for, and Bank of New South Wales shares showed a distinct improvement. The ychr ends on the 30th hist., but the balance-sheet is not usually available till early in November. A sale of the Southland Frozen Meat ordinary issue was reported at 31s (ex tliv.), and the ordinary issue of Auckland Amusement Parks continued to show an upward tendency. Kawaraus were wanted at fid, but sellers would not conic lower than 9d. Upper Nevis shares wore on sale for 24s 9d, without a buyer coming into the market.
