QUARRY WORKERS' STRIKE OTHER EMPLOYEES AFFECTED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright-. SYDNEY, September 10. (Received September 10, at 10.30 a.m.) About a dozen members of the En-gine-drivers and Firemen’s Association, employed at the Moruya quarries getting stone lor the Harbor Bridge, who struck a few weeks ago and later resumed on the understanding that their claims for higher wages would be dealt with, have again struck, ami state that they will not resume work till their claims are agreed to. The men claimed an increase of 30s a week, which was not conceded. Three hundred other employees at Moruya have been rendered idle, and 100 others on the actual bridge work arc threatened with » stoppage unless a settlement is reached.
