Gulf of Carpentaria, off Gift Island, was concluded to-day, The Court fully exonerated the captain. MINISTERIAL CRISIS IN NEW SOUTH WALES. SYDNEY, October 7. (Received October 7,1885, at 12 80 p.m.] Mr Dibbs has succeeded in forming a Ministry, but the actual composition of it is not yet disclosed. It is, however, believed that among its members are Sir Patrick Jennings, Messrs Trickett, Want, Abbott, Cohen, Wright, Lee, and Farnell. The formal dissolution takes place to-day, and the new writs will be issued tD-morrow.
