VOLUNTEER INTELLIGENCE.
The second competition of the Otepopo Rifles for Colonial representatives took place on the 21st. The three highest scorers are riven below. That made by Sub-Lieut. Paterson has not been excelled, but it has been found necessary to disqualify him becauße his trigger was lightened.
