Friday, July 28. (Before J. Bathgate, Esq., R.M ) Reid and Grey v. Murray.—Claim for goods supplied. Mr Denniston appeared for phintiff, for whom judgment was given, with cost§, Gillies and Street v. Frederick White.— This was a judgment summons for Lift Ut Cutten, who appeared for the plaintiffs* said that execution had been issUed against thfc defendant, whereupon he sent a cheque for the" aitioiintj wb>h plaintiffs refused to accept, it not being good.
