Friday, July 28. (Before J. Bathgate, Esq., R.M ) Reid and Grey v. Murray.—Claim for goods supplied. Mr Denniston appeared for phintiff, for whom judgment was given, with cost§, Gillies and Street v. Frederick White.— This was a judgment summons for Lift Ut Cutten, who appeared for the plaintiffs* said that execution had been issUed against thfc defendant, whereupon he sent a cheque for the" aitioiintj wb>h plaintiffs refused to accept, it not being good. Wlifih' the eon; stable went to make the levy it was found that defendant had made over his property to Lis bl'dtKer'.—His Worship considered this a very bad case, and pronounced ah or order for immediate, payment, in default twenty-one ddys imprisonment; William Henry Cox v. W. Mullen.—Claim L2l 4s 4d. Mr Strode appeared for plaintiff, for whom judgment was given, with cosW: .
