The Normanby arrived here to-day, and brings the following latest telegrams :

Abdul Aziz, the late Saltan of Turkey,, committed suicide by opening a vein with a pair of scissors.
June 11.
Regarding tlio Eastern question, a peaceful statement in connection with Eastern affairs has been made by Mr Disraeli. The Berlin memorandum has been withdrawn. The Porte has consented to an armistice with the insurgents. No news of hostilities, and matters are apparently peaceful. For the Oakes stakes Camelia, winner of the One Thousand Guineas, and Enguerranda ran a dead heat. Duchess was third. Camelia belongs to Count F. Lagrange.
