Pawneroker’s License.— Moss Moss’s app~®.(or a pawnbroker’s license, suppor ted by Mr Han is, was granted. . j °k es v. Olivier. Application for a judgment summons for the value of a suit of clothes supplied. Plaintiff stated that accused Used to be a wool-classer, but was now a surveyor engaged at Oamaru in the Government service. . When in Dunedin he stayed at the Shamrock Hotel, and witness served the original summons on him at the race-course.—His Worship ordered the judgment summons to be issued.
Stamper v. the City Corporation.—Claim L2O 16s 10£ d. In this case Mr Lewis, who appeared for plaintiff, said defendants had paid the amount into Court yesterday afternoon, and he therefore asked that professional costs be allowed. His Worship allowed costs, in accordance with his rule. Judgment went by default in the following cases—M. Fleming v. W Roberts, claim L 3 2s lOd, balance due for produce supplied; Graham and Leary (as trustees in the estate of D. R. Hay) v, M‘Leod, L 5 10s, for a suit of clothes; Benjamin v.
