Defendant was ordered to pay the amount at olrce, or be imprisoned for fourteen days, G. Cooper v. B. Le.Vlesurier.—Claim, 1.3 13j toy rent. Judgment for plaintiff for amount c.aimed, with costs. li. Chapman v. J. Kennedy.—Claim, LSI for rent due and interest thereon. His Worship gave jugment in this case for plaintiff, for L 42 11s, with costs. Judgment was given for plaintiffs, with costs, <n the following cases C. Ziele and Co. v, 1. Leer, claim L 56 13s; Rossbotham and another v. R. M‘Cracken, L 57 6s 6,1; Rossbothara v. T. M‘Kay, Ll3 ss; U M'Farlan y. J. Scott, 1 2 Ids 6d; W. Jenkins v, G. Prior, Ly 6s 6d.
