Breaking a Window. —Geor ;e Rutherford, for breaking a window valued at 20s, the property of Wiuford M'Hdcny, was fined 10s, or fourteen days’, and ordered to pay 20s damages. I'he same prisoner was lined 20s, or one month, for assaulting Constable Biidgeman while anestiug him. Vagrancy. —Johanna Brown, charged with ■ lavnig no visible means of support, was remanded to the gaol for three days till arrangements could be nude for her removal to the Benevolent Institution.
