Thursday, December 30. (Before T, A. Mansford, Es.p, R.M.)
Drunkenness. Thomas Smith, charged with being drunk and using obicene language, was remanded, at his own request, until the 4th prox. Robert Christian was fined os, or twenty-four hours’ imprisonment, and Robert Wallace was discharged with a caution.
Obscene Lang cage. —Alexander AGFai-lano, master of the schooner Florence, was charged, on the information of John Burke, with using obscene language at the railway station on flie evening of the 28th inst. The defendant, who did not appear, was fined 40s and c rsts.
