Drunkenness. —Join Davies was fined 5s ; John M’Dougall was mulcted in the sum of 20s, with the alternative of forty-eight hours’ imprisonment; John Allan was oidereil to pay a penalty ot 20s and costs. Vagrancy. —Changes of vagrancy against Anne Mahoney and Mmy Leary were dismissed on an objection taken by Mr E Ceok to a technical error. Illegitimacy. —Anne Gilchrist summoned John M*Laron, “ the irrepr ssible," for neglecting to pay towards the support ef his illegiti ate child.—! he case was dismissed. Insulting I anguage.— Duncan Da-is, of Blueskin, for calling Wm. Shepperd a " thiet,” and using o'her abusive expressions, was fined 10s and costs.
