As the Government intend introducing, at an early period of the ensuing session of Parliament, an Amended Bankruptcy Bill (a very much needed measure, we may observe, in passing), it would be well if the Chamber of Commerce called upon the Government to fulfil ihe half-promise they made last session to circulate a draft of the new Bill, so as to elicit the opinions of the Chambers of’Commerce upon it.
