RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Monday, April 26. (Before T. A. Hansford, Esq. R.M,) Gillies and another v. Rich. —In this case, a claim for L2B 15s, commission on the purchase of Mr John Reid’s property in Heriot row, for Mr F. Jones, his Worship to-day gave judgment, saying that he could not see how the defendant could be made responsible. The plaintiffs therefore elected to be nonsuited. Several unimportant civil cases were also disposed of.
