Sir,—Permit me to inquire, through the medium of your paper, how it is the railway authorities have shelved the matter of the siding which was in course of construction at the Caveraharr. station some three months ago ? Be assured when I ask this question I echo the voice of the residents. We want the benefit of the goods traffic as well as our neighbors. The winter is now coming on, and cheap fuel is required ; also flour, timber, &c., to accomplish which, the iron horse will want to be put in requisition.
