Mr Asher* overseer o£< the works, immediately gave orders to the other men employed at the works to remove the earth from off the man, which was done with all possible despatch, but it was found life was *xtmot. When the body was exposed to view, the bowels were protrading, one of the legs was torn , off, and the whole ,of the body more or less mangled, The remains were at once removed to the morgue to await medisal examination and ap inquest.,
