[By Electric Telegraph.] Wellington, August 3. Mr Vogel stated that the total cost of the telegraph cable from Singapore to Australia would be L 1,000,000. The cable between New Zealand and Australia would coat L 400.000. The Committee on the National Bank of New Zealand Bill will report on Tuesday tli at the Bill must be regarded as an offered Bill, and that the question of the change of title can therefore be brought before the Legislature.
