A new company to work other terrace« will be started. Mr Pyke had a favorable reception. He is indefinite about the education question. The chances are in favor of Mr Innes. The Arrow wants Mr Fish to come forward; his chances improve. Mr Manders is quiescent. Roxburgh, August 3. A Tapanui bullock-driver, named Westcott, was found dead on the Spylaw run. He has been missing for ten days.
