This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor and the Hon. A. Buchanan, J. F.) DRUNKENNESS. James Burns, 5s ; Aiex. Cowie, 20s; Joseph Dickenson, 10s. UNLAWFUL DETENTION. John Russell was charged with detaining three photographs of the value of 15s, the property of Isaac Oauniug. Pictures orders to be given up with payment of costs. OFFENCE AGAINST THE BYE-LAWS, Thomas Josling was charged with allowing his horse to wander upon the public streets. Case dismissed on payment of costs.
