WASTE LAND BOARD.

This Day, The Board met to day. Present The Chief Cummis-ioner of Waste Lauds, Messrs Keid and Hughes. The applications of Messrs G. F. Reid, Webb and Fulton, George Cockerill, and others, were declined. The resolution of the Executive Council to offer Hun 257 by auction, and the maps of Mes.rs Gordon, A. Millar, B. Millar, and Mr M'Kellar were approved. C. T. Marie’s application for a coal lease at Dairy Creek was agreed to. Mr Brunton’s application for protection for a mineral lease of copper and tin lode in Blyh Sound, was granted. The applications of George Lpdman, F. Tubman, W. Paterson, M'Pherson, and Mayler, were approved.
