MAYOR’S COURT.
This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor.) DRUNKENNESS. John Miller and Joseph Warner were each fined ss. OFFENCES All AIN ST THE BYE-LAWS. Clement Jones, for hawking goods without a license, was fined 2s 6d. Goodman v. Braid, for selling goods without a license, was dismissed ; and same v. Henry Smith, hawking bread without a license, was dismissed with a caution, the market inspector having ascertained that the defendant’s father had given him money to pay the dues.
