Judgment by default for the plaintiff for the amount, with costs, Islac!;add-T and Co. v, C. Ross.—Lß ISs, f. r goods supplied. Judgment by default for the plaintiff for the amount, with cods. Same v. Fraser. — 1.9, for goods supplied. Judgment bv default for the p’aintitf for the amount, with costs Davis v. Macdonald.—l6s lOd, a claim for goods supplied. The d, fendant pleaded payment, and produced a portion of a receipt for the money. The wife and son of the defendant confirmed this statement. Judgment for the defendant; each to piy his own costs. Grant and others v. O’Brien.—L3 17s Gd, a claim for extra work. Mr Harris for the defendant. LI 7s Gd was paid into Court. This was a claim by the plaintiffs, who are carpenters, for certain additional labor in the execution of a contract, the original amount of which was Lll ; the material being found by the proprietor. Judgment for the plaintiffs, L2 7s Gd, above the amount paid into Court. (Left sitting.)
