This Day. (Before his Worshiji the Mayor.) DRUNKENNESS. Michael Sullivan aud Michael Fahey were each fined 10s. THEFT. A. F. Moore was brought up on a charge
of stealing a quantity of champagne from the Naval Brigade’s cutter, and was remanded until Wednesday.
MINOR OFFENCES. John Miller, for removing earth from Dowling street, was lined 40s and costs.
