Mr Barton, who appeared for the plaintiffs, intimated that notice of a declaration of insolvency on the part of defendant bad been served. The cases of Stemmitz v. Friedlitch, Isaac v. Salvario,. Shaw v. Robertson, and Robertson v. Shaw, were dismissed for non-appear-ance.
