RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
Tins Day. (Before James Fulton, Esq., E.M.) DRUNKENNESS. John Jones, for the above offence, was fined 20s, or, in default, forty-eight hours’ imprisonment. CHARGE OF STEALING, Charles Williams, on remand, was charged by the police whir stealing an Inverness cape, the property of Eobcrt Archer. The offence was proved, and he was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment, with hard labor. PETTY OFFENCES. David Hutchison, horse wandering, fined 2s lid ; William M‘Kenrick, ai'Sent from his horse and dray, ss; Patrick Lee, for a like offence, 5s ; Samuel Taylor, ss. INFORMATIONS BY THE INSPECTOR OF NUTSAXCES. The following fines were inflicted for the offences named M. Fagan, dirty premises, 2s Gd ; W, Dirnell, do , 2s Gd ; ' William Fraser, do., 10s; Fred. Hirst, fuiious riuing, 20s ; F. J. Walls, absent from bis horse and drav, 10s ; James Koddick, driving dray without name, dismissed with a caution ; Janet Adams, aliening her cow to wander, 2s Gd,
