MISS DANETREE IN AFRICA
: Advice has been received that - Miss Kathleen Danetree, examiner -for the RoyaL Academy of "Dancing; is naw- 'in South Africa conducting examinations and expects to make a New Zealand tour before the end of the year. This will be Miss Danetree's fourth visit to New Zealand. She was here in 1939 when war broke out. Miss Danetree returned to England, and during the height of the blitz was : a London ambulance driver. . \ Miss Jeane Home, New Zealand representative for the Royal Academy, reports that interest in ballet dancinghas increased since the war started, and there is every indication that examination entries will exceed previous years;
