NEW MINISTER TO N.Z.
WASHINGTON, September 1. Mr. William BiA'dett, the new Minister to New Zealand, was farewelled by President Roosevelt. Before his departure he said he had not received particular instructions. "Things are going so nicely in New Zealand that there will be little to .do except watch the ships go by," he added.
