HARBOUR BOARD

The official figures for the election of two members to represent on the Wellington Harbour Board the combined districts of Lower Hutt City, Petone, Eastbourne, and Upper Hutt Boroughs, the Hutt and Makara Counties, and the Johnsonville Town District arc as follows:—J. W. Andrews 8136, J. R. Gaynor 6691. The above are elected. J. Cumming 5199, P. Dowse 4964. There were 286 informal papers.

Mr. C. Sherwood (538 votes) replaces Mr. A. W. Parton (578) on the Levin Borbuh Council, not the other way round as was published in yesterday's issue.
