AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL

(P.A.)

AUCKLAND, May .23

Only one change has taken place in the personnel of the new City Council as a result of the completion of the official count of votes recorded at the municipal election. Mr. W. B. L. Power is replaced by Mr. M. J. Moodabe. As both were nominees of the Citizens' and Ratepayers' Association, that organisation has still twenty representatives on the council. The remaining member, Mrs. Dreavcr, is the only Labour member.
