■ ■ Seven members of the Wellington branch of the Royal Life-saving Society had already given their lives for their country, said the president of the branch, Mr. N. A. Ingram, at the annual meeting .of the branch last night. Latest returns showed that 405 members were on active service, ex-, elusive of those in the Territorials.
