"I am so grateful for the hospitality, great kindness, and helpfulness given me," Miss Johnson said, "that I find it difficult to express my thanks adequately. It has been a happy experience to me to meet New Zealanders; they are a lovely people full of camaraderie. I wish I had time before I sail to meet again and say au revoir to all individually."
The Minister of Internal Affairs (the Hon. W. E. Parry) said a high impression was formed of Miss Johnson's qualifications and woi'k. She had been very helpful in consultations concerning the settlement of British children in New Zealand.
