LONDON, January 4.
The Warsaw correspondent of "The Times" quotes an ostensibly authoritative political source in Prague as saying that the Czech Foreign Minister* Dr. Chvalkoysky, has postponed his visit to Berlin because of new demands by Germany which a section of the Government is unwilling to accept.
The demands include a military alliance undei which Czechoslovakia would place ten divisions at the disposal of Germany in case of need.
