DRIVER SERIOUSLY HURT
When a small sedan car, owned and driven ■by Frederick McSweehey, aged 55, who lives at William Street, Christchurch, left the road between Kumara Junction and the Serpentine Creek bridge at a late hour on Wednesday night, and turned over several times, ]V.eSweeney was seriously hurt. lie suffered concussion and severe lacerations of a leg and was admitted to the Grey Hospital. The bodywork of the car was almost completely wrecked.
