At a meeting of thfe board of the New Zealand Trotting Association on Saturday, the 'stipendiary steward, Mr. F. J. Beer", in his report on the Metropolitan Club's Meeting, drew attention to the unruly behaviour of Ginger Jack, Casanova, and Rey Spec, and recommended that these horses be kept under observation.

The association decided to ask the owners of these horses to appear before the licensing committee on Thursday to show cause why the horses should not be placed on the schooling list
