MAN ON PREMISES BY NIGHT
(l?y Telegraph—Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, This Day. In the Magistrate's Court, Herbert James Ross, aged 39, single, with no fixed abode, was sentenced to six months' hard labour on a charge of being found by night in the premises of Guinness and Kitchingham, solici-! tors. He was convicted and discharged for being in possession of gelignite, detonators, and a fuse. Detective-Sergeant Knight said that the accused was found attempting to hide" in the office last night by an employee who had returned to work. The accused had a list of thirteen previous convictions, including breaking, entering, and theft. ' !
