"So long as the Labour Party is tn power the young men need have no fear that conscription will be introduced," replied Mr Chapman. (Applause.)

In the list of candidates published in "The Post" last night, Mr. F. Allen was shown as contesting Auckland East as an Independent. He should have been shown as contesting Auckland Suburbs.
