THE COUNTRY QUOTA
"What will you.do with the country quota?" a questioner asked Mr. C. H. Chapman, Labour candidate for Wellington North, at his meeting in St. Francis Hall, Hill Street, last evening.
"The country quota was quite all right as far as the Labour Party was concerned at the last election, and it will be all right for the next election," Mr. Chapman replied.
