WASHINGTON OPINION
WASHINGTON, June 9.
Informed opinion in monetary circles is that the British stand against any immediate return to a fixed gold standard is in line with the three-Power monetary agreement. It has generally been assumed that if any nation participating in the agreement wishes to return .to the gold standard it Will first consult the others with a view to co-operative action.
