LORD GALWAY'S MESSAGE

AUCKLAND, This Day.
The Governor-General (Lord Galway) has sent the following message to the King:—
"On the occasion of the celebration of your Majesty's birthday I beg to tender to your Majesty with my humble duty the loyal and affectionate good wishes of your Majesty's Government and people of New Zealand, and to convey to you an assurance of their constant and unflagging devotion to your Majesty and the Throne."
