(Received May 27, 1 p.m.) ■: CAPE TOWN, May 26. The Minister of Defence, Mr. O. Pirow, speaking at Kroonstad, said that South Africa would not participate In any vwar, whoever it concerned, unless the people decided unmistakably to do so and it was in the interests, of South Africa.
