The Prime Minister, '' Mr. Stanley Baldwin, will tender his resignation to the King tomorrow morning. His Majesty will also receive Mr. J. Ramsay MacDonalci. It is expected that Mr. Neville Chamberlain will announce Ministerial changes in the evening. There were no set speeches at today's Cabinet meeting, but it is understood that the meeting closed with expressions of regret at the retirement of Mr. Baldwin and Mr. Mac Donald from Cabinet.
