A plan' for the withdrawal from Spain of non-Spanish nationals engaged directly or indirectly in the present conflict' was contained in a report of the technical advisory subcommittee which was before the Chairman's Sub-committee of the Non-inter-vention Committee last night. The plenary session will also have before it a draft of the appeal to both sides to humanise the conflict. The French representative at yesterday's meeting of the Chairman's Sub-committee made a statement on the action taken by the French Government'in regard to certain Spanish aircraft which, on two recent occasions, had landed in France and he communicated to the Sub-comrriittee ~the decisions which the French Government had taken for dealing with these aircraft and any other Spanish aircraft which might in future land on French soil. This will be considered at the next meeting of the Sub-committee.,
