The rebel commandcr-in-cliief, General Franco, has forwarded a Note to the League of Nations protesting against the presence of a delegate of "Red" Spain at the meeting of the Council, alleging numerous infringements of the Spanish Constitution by the Valencia Government, and extolling freedom, social reforms, religious tolerance, and discipline on his own side, which is master of two-thirds of Spain, all the colonies, and half the population.
