There.has been a good demand for peaches, apples, and pears with a particularly keen inquiry for quinces: Good potatoes were in keen demand but inferior lines ,were hard to quit. Both poultry and, pigs were in heavy supply, a slight increase being noticeable with pigs over the pricesl realised last week. Prices for poultry were in advance of those obtained at last week's sale.
