Mrs. Yvonne Middleton (Britain), at the concluding banquet, advocated that, in order to create international understanding, everybody should visit a foreign country for at least a month and also that 3 per cent, of the youth of various European nations, chosen by ballot, should intermarry, thus creating relationships which would assist peace.
