W. GOOD IN SYDNEY

SYDNEY, August 2.

The New Zealand cycling track champion, W. Good, who is under contract to the League of New South Wales Wheelmen, made an excellent impression in his first appearance at the Lidcombe Oval this afternoon, winning two straight heats in a half-mile match with Frank Andrews. Good's sprint time for the last 220 yards of the first heat was 13Jsec, and in his second heat, 14sec.

Good also rode in the five-mile scratch race, but retired after going four miles.
