IRISHMAN'S NEXT-OF-KIN

After hearing further argument in the Supreme Court yesterday- afternoon, Mr. Justice Blair dismissed the application of James O'Connor, a jeweller, of Thurles, Irish Free State, for a declaration that his deceased mother was the next-of-kin to the late Thomas Tray, of Waitohi, Canterbury, who died intestate twenty years ago, and whose estate was valued at £2357 5s lid.
