IRISHMAN'S NEXT-OF-KIN
After hearing further argument in the Supreme Court yesterday- afternoon, Mr. Justice Blair dismissed the application of James O'Connor, a jeweller, of Thurles, Irish Free State, for a declaration that his deceased mother was the next-of-kin to the late Thomas Tray, of Waitohi, Canterbury, who died intestate twenty years ago, and whose estate was valued at £2357 5s lid.
Mr. H. E. Evans, with him Mr. E. D. Blundell, appeared for O'Connor, and Mr. P. B. Broad for the Public Trustee, administrator of the estate of the late Thomas Tray,
