Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday is their favourite time for • broadcasting their noisy, exhausts,, and their breakneck speed is a menace to all and sundry in the streets referred to. Is this complaint a.matter for the police or City Council to take up? Or both?—l am, etc., QUIET-WEEKEND.
