POLISH PARLIAMENT
OPPOSITION WALKS OUT WARSAW, January 27. The Opposition walked out of Parliament and announced its refusal to partake in further discussion on the Government parties' Eeform Bill, which gives the President almost n dictator's powers, reducing the Lower House to a mere advisory Btatus.
