GARDEN COMPETITION
Entries for the Karon Horticultural Society's card en competition close next Tuesday. "The Self-Help silver challenge cup. valued at 40 guineas, donated by Mr B. Sutherland, of "Homewood." Karon, will again be competed for. The competition, is open to any resident of Karori who does not employ any labour in his garden, and the period is from November 1 to April 20. Competitors will be advised ol the approximate dates of judging.
